The Australian Army has initiated the Program to attract, retain, train, educate and organise its information systems, communications, electronic warfare and cyber workforce in a setting of rapidly changing technology and threats, and a competitive STEM-focused labour market.
The program addresses:
- Workforce structures and skills frameworks
- Training and education modernisation
- Employment models and organisational reform
- Recruiting and retention initiatives
Indec remains engaged in this program through 2020 to 2021.
